MORE than 500 people went to Red Hill Primary School's fete.

The event was opened by head Spencer Morris and Worcester Warriors Player Marco Mama.

There were performances from Old Meg Morris Dancers, from Malvern, Red Hill's Glee Club and its cheerleaders.

Visitors enjoyed tombolas and craft stalls, hook-a-duck, coconut shy, hoopla, bouncy castles, pony rides, nerd gun shooting, beat the buzzer and a strong man competition as well as face painting and target golf.

A barbecue and refreshment stall was also on offer.

Kerry Ward, from the Friends of Red Hill, said: "A special thanks to the Friends of Red Hill for organising and Pro-facia for sponsoring the event, West Mercia Police and Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue Service for bringing along their vehicles and everyone who came along on the day to support it."
