A 41-year-old man has been given a Criminal Behaviour Order for criminal damage, obstructing police and public disorder.

Lee Clevely of Teme Road was found guilty of all three charges during the same incident when he smashed a glass partition at Worcester Probation Office.

He then behaved in a manner that caused alarm harassment and distress and then obstructed police on arrest during the incident on Tuesday April 19.

The Criminal Behaviour Order also takes into account alarm, harassment and distress to the community in Teme Road, caused by drunken and anti social behaviour in the area.

The CBO was granted on Tuesday July 19 2016 at Worcester Magistrates Court to last for 2 years.

Clevely is banned from behaving in a manner that causes or is likely to cause alarm, harassment or distress to anyone in a public place or within the hearing of anyone who is disturbed within their residential dwelling.

He is also banned from consuming or possessing an open alcoholic drink in any public place, except premises licensed for alcohol consumption.

In addition he cannot consume or be in possession of an open alcoholic drink whilst attending any appointment at "Swanswell" Castle House on Castle Street.
