A spokesman said: "Currently the recipient of rave reviews for his portrayal of Caractacus Potts in the critically acclaimed West Yorkshire Playhouse national tour of Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, Lee returns to the stage this autumn with his solo tour.

"The show, which features music from Lee’s most recent album of the same name, sees the multi-talented performer fulfil a personal ambition and perform a show of classic songs from the Hollywood musicals."

The spokesman added: "The album and tour Some Enchanted Evening sees Lee fulfil a personal ambition and perform classic songs from the Hollywood musicals, along with some additional favourites including Some Enchanted Evening from the 1949 Rodgers & Hammerstein musical, South Pacific, as well as titles from the popular pictures Singin’ In The Rain, Almost Like Being In Love, Brigadoon, Guys ‘N’ Dolls and Anchors Aweigh."

After winning the coveted role of Joseph out of thousands of competitors on the TV series Any Dream Will Do, and performing in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat, Mead has continued to star on London’s West End as Fiyero in Wicked and Emmett in Legally Blonde. Following his time in the West End, he landed a role in the long-running BBC One drama Casualty playing staff nurse Ben ‘Lofty’ Chiltern.

Lee will be accompanied on the twelve date tour by his band with Musical Director Mason Neely, who also produced Lee’s album Some Enchanted Evening.
