AN OPTICIANS in Droitwich has been hosting a week of fun activities for children to raise cash for charity.
Youngsters have been colouring in, enjoying goody bags and getting their faces painted at Specsavers in St Andrew's Square in aid of Acorns Children's Hospice.
The activities coincide with the launch of Specsavers' new Finding Dory children's collection.
Emma Singh, store director, said: "It's the start of the summer holidays so thought we’d help ease parents’ tasks a little by offering plenty of fun for their little ones when they come to town, while raising funds for one of our nominated local charities Acorns."
Acorns staff work to provide care for babies, children and young people with life-limiting or life-threatening conditions.
For more information, or to make a donation to Acorns, visit the store at 10 St Andrews Square, Droitwich, call 01905 790 660, or visit specsavers.co.uk/stores/droitwich
