TEDDY bears of all shapes and sizes will join in the fun at Pershore Abbey during the town's renowned Plum Fayre.
Children can bring their cuddly friends along to the Abbey on Sunday at 2pm to enjoy a short Teddy Praise service, before the real bear-friendly fun begins on Bank Holiday Monday, August 29.
Youngsters can see their beloved bears whizzing along zip wires outside the Abbey, or floating down on parachutes inside the bell tower, before taking part in a competition to win Teddy Seaside Sandy.
Bertie the Giant Abbey Bear will welcome visitors during the day, and there will be stalls selling a variety of furry friends too.
Colin Reeves, spokesman for the Abbey, said: "It is an absolute hoot. We are a family organisation and children are very, very welcome. It is a key part of our day to encourage children to come."
All money raised on the day will be donated to the upkeep of Pershore Abbey.
