POLICE arrested three people and recovered "a quantity" of drugs during a raid at property in Worcester.

Officers from the Warndon Safer Neighbourhood Team (SNT), along with a police dogs unit, were at the scene in Cranham Drive, Warndon shortly after 1pm yesterday (Monday).

A quantity of drugs - believed to be cannabis- were recovered, while police say "other items" were also seized during the warrant.

A pair of men, aged 30, and another man aged 31 were arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of class B drugs

They have all been released on police bail until Monday, October 24 pending further enquiries.

Worcester police tweeted from its @WorcesterCops account and said: "Warndon SNT with assistance from Patrol and dog handlers executed a drugs warrant on Cranham Drive today, 3 arrested #yousaidwedid"

A spokesman for West Mercia Police said: "Shortly after 1pm officers from West Mercia Police executed a drugs warrant at an address in Cranham Drive, Warndon.

"Three men, two aged 30 and one aged 31, were arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of class B drugs.

"They have all been released on police bail until 24 October pending further enquiries.

"A quantity of drugs, believed to be cannabis, and other items were recovered during the warrant."
