A TEENAGER has been banned from McDonalds, CrownGate Shopping Centre and The Hive because of his bad behaviour.
Ryan Scott, aged 18 and of no fixed abode has been subjected to a Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) for causing significant disruptive behaviour in Worcester, Droitwich and Malvern.
Using extremely bad language in public, aggression and acting in a threatening manner towards others saw the teen served the two year order at Worcester Magistrates' Court yesterday (Wednesday).
The CBO will last for two years and prohibits Scott from:
1. Behaving in any way in a manner that causes or is likely to cause alarm, harassment or distress including (but not limited to):-
a) using foul, abusive or insulting language
b) using, demonstrating or threatening violence towards any person
2. Being with named individuals in any public place
3. Entering Crowngate Shopping Centre, Worcester including the Bus concourse
4. Entering The Hive, Sawmill Walk, The Butts, Worcester including be on any of the outside areas/land owned by The Hive, unless accompanied by a member of the Care Leavers Team with a view to addressing accommodation and other related issues
5. Entering McDonalds, The Foregate, Worcester, or be on the pavement directly outside McDonalds, The Foregate, Worcester
6. Entering B&M Bargains, St Martins Quarter, Worcester
7. Refusing to leave any premise, land or area when asked by persons who have authority to do so
