Fire crews rescue stricken horse trapped in ditch in Evesham
FIRE crews yesterday (Friday) rescued a horse from a ditch.
Crews from Evesham and Bromyard came to the rescue of the stricken animal in Worcester Road, Evesham at 8.41am on Friday.
A spokesman for Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue Service said: “The animal was rescued by fire service personnel with the assistance from workmen. The animal is uninjured and air bags and tools were used."
