YOU'RE looking here at a school which once laboured under the title of "the worst school in the whole of Hereford and Worcester county in terms of buildings and condition".
Nothing wrong with the teaching or the pupils, but the fabric was dire.
The old St Clement's CE Primary in Henwick Road, Worcester, was originally built in 1816 and after a long and desperate campaign was eventually replaced in 1976 by a brand new facility designed by local architect Henry Gorst just up the road near the YMCA.
And not before time either.
