TEAMS from day centres around Worcester and beyond came together the annual It’s A Knockout competition organised by Malvern Hills Lions Club.
The event was held at the Avon Hall on the Three Counties Showground in Malvern and featured teams from Worcester Cherry Orchard and Worcester Regency as well as teams from Droitwich and Cheltenham.
Each team devised their own game, with the theme this year being football, and teams took it in turns to play the games.
The winner of the main competition this year was Worcester Cherry Orchard.
Geoff Lewis, of the Lions club, said: “As always, everybody had a good time. Members of the Lions design and paint scenery panels to the theme of the year and build up the staging for the event.
“I think the event is in its 20th year now. The volunteers love helping out with it.”
