LIVERPOOL'S European Cup winning heroes are coming to Worcester as part of a nationwide tour.

Liverpool Football Club's Eurowinners Tour's next stop will be Worcestershire County Cricket Club's New Road ground on Friday, February 24.

Former Liverpool midfielder Terry McDermott and former midfielder Jimmy Case, who both won three European Cups with the club, as well as two-time winner defender Alan Kennedy, will be appearing at the event.

There will also be music from Liverpool musician Marc Kenny.

The event has been organised by Nick Tanner Associates, run by the former Liverpool player who sadly had his career ended early after injury.

The event has also been organised with the help of Mark Daniels, landlord of the Brewers Arms in Worcester, who was praised by Liverpool fans for throwing out and banning Paul Grange earlier this year, after he entered the pub wearing a t-shirt mocking the victims of the Hillsborough disaster.

Mr Tanner said: "I invited Mark and Debie to my Liverpool Eurowinners shows as my special guests after seeing how they supported the club's supporters, and I'm delighted to be putting on a show with them in Worcester.

"Tickets are selling like hotcakes and will sell out soon."

Tickets to the event cost £50, which are available on the eventbrite website, at eventbrite.co.uk/e/lfc-eurowinners-2017-tourworcester-sponsored-by-double86-tickets-28653356962.

A special offer of a table of 10 for £450 can be booked by emailing Mr Tanner on nicktanner799@msn.com.
