GET the Moody Blues in the New Year with a tribute to the band's greatest hits, at The Roses in Tewkesbury.

And the critically acclaimed Legend of a Band show features actual band members from the Moody Blues and other stars from chart-topping acts.

A spokesman said: "Drummer Gordy Marshall played with The Moody Blues for over 25 years.

"He is joined by gifted performers drawn from a pool of equally-talented artists that includes: current 10cc lead singer Mick Wilson, Leona Lewis and Westlife guitarist Tim Maple, James Blunt and Joss Stone bass player Malcolm Moore, flautist/singer/saxophonist/keyboard player Lindsay Goodhand, Strictly Come Dancing vocalist Patrick Smyth and skilled musician and songwriter Patrick Duffin – composer of the Loose Women theme tune no less."

Moody Blues keyboardist, Paul Bliss, completes the impressive line-up.

Show producer, Pete Tobit said: "This is a chance to experience impeccable performances of classic Moody Blues hits.

"These include Nights in White Satin, Go Now, Tuesday Afternoon, Legend of a Mind (Timothy Leary’s Dead), I Know You’re Out There Somewhere, Question, Isn’t Life Strange – plus Forever Autumn and a show-stealing rendition of Eve of the War from Jeff Wayne’s The War of the Worlds."
