UPDATE 1.55pm: The line has reopened - but disruption is expected to continue until at least 3pm - as trains were at a standstill for some time.
UPDATE 1.10pm: A spokesman for London Midland says engineers have been investigating the faulty points, which are in Malvern Wells, this lunchtime.
In the meantime, road transport to take passengers has been organised. These rail replacement vehicles will be making journeys from 1.30pm.
The spokesman adds that until fixed, trains are not able to run Colwall, Ledbury and Hereford.
TRAINS running between Hereford and Worcester Foregate Street are delayed by up to 30 minutes this morning due to a points failure.
The points failure has led to all lines being blocked.
London Midland have tweeted about the problems, and are warning some rail users they may see services cancelled.
