A 24-year-old Worcestershire sex offender has been warned he could be facing jail after he admitted breaching the terms of a banning order.

David Gambardella of Droitwich Road, Martin Hussingtree, also pleaded guilty to causing a child to engage in sexual activity when he appeared at Worcester Crown Court. He admitted causing a girl under 16 to see his naked private parts on a video clip in January last year.

The offence dated back to before he was given a community sentence and a sexual harm prevention order in August last year, the court heard.

Gambardella also admitted breaching the terms of the order in October last year by not allowing his offender manager to view the details of his internet use.

He was granted bail but Judge Nicolas Cartwright this was not an indication of the type of sentence he could get when he returns to court on March 6.
