KIND-hearted volunteers are set to host a coffee morning and prize tombola in aid of a hearing loss charity.
The event has been organised by the Independent Fundraisers of Worcester, and will take place on Friday, February 24 at the Guildhall.
The group is hoping to raise as much money as possible for Deaf Direct Worcestershire, a charity which supports people with hearing loss.
Neil Smith, of Independent Fundraisers, said: "We are delighted to be able to support Deaf Direct with our coffee morning adding to the funds already raised through our bucket collection at Asda this month to make a meaningful donation to help those with hearing loss."
The fundraising group selected Deaf Direct as its charity for February, and has been raising money all month.
The coffee morning will start at 10am and finish at 2pm, and there will the cakes, tea, coffee and soft drinks on offer.
Every year deaf Direct helps 6,000 people through a variety of ways including communication assistance, community outreach and support, social groups, training, equipment and other resources.
