POP-UP shops for hair and beauty treatments helped raise money for the British Heart Foundation at a Worcester fitness club.
Hair stylists from Avant Garde salon and beauticians from All about Me Beauty were at David Lloyd fitness club at Sixways on Valentines day.
Up-dos and manicures and pedicures were offered to members and non-members at the club in return for a charity donation.
Stuart Cashmore, general manager of David Lloyd in Worcester said: “The British Heart Foundation is such a worthy charity and we are proud to support its work in this fun way.
“It was the perfect timing for anyone heading out for a romantic evening, and marks the first in a series of regular pop-up shops here in the club.”
The Worcester David Lloyd Club has raised over £3,000 to date and has a target to raise £5,000 for the British Heart Foundation by the end of the year.
