A MAN suffered injuries after it is thought a glass was thrown at him during a fight at a Bewdley bar on Friday night (February 24).

The altercation between the two men took place at Arches Bar, in Severnside South, between 11.45pm and midnight on Friday (February 24).

A glass is thought to have been thrown at the victim, a 20-year-old man, and he suffered a cut to his head and nose, and bruising to his face.

West Mercia Police is now appealing for witnesses to help with their on-going investigation into the incident.

Anyone who has any information or witnessed the incident, and has not yet spoke to officers, is asked to call PC 172 Dale Tomkins on 101, quoting incident reference number 7S of February 25.
