CHILDREN across Worcestershire will be wearing red noses and looking silly for Red Nose Day today.
Among them will be pupils from Grimley and Holt CE School, in Grimley, near Worcester.
They will try to raise £200 for Comic Relief as well as take part in games and activities throughout the day.
Jokes will be told via an open mic at lunchtime and a game of pin the nose on the headteacher is planned. The whole school will also join in with the Red Nose Day song.
The school plans to use the day to explore issues facing children in poorer countries across the world.
Chantelle Thompson, organiser, said: “All the children will have a fantastic day dressing up silly to raise money for such a good cause.”
