HUNDREDS of dancers from all over the country performed at a Worcester dance festival.
Worcester Stage Dance Festival, held at Nunnery Wood High School attracted schools from as far away as Newcastle Upon-Tyne.
The festival has been running for over 30 years, for children aged between four and 18, it is a registered charity affiliated to the International Federation of Festivals.
It covers disciplines including ballet, tap, musical theatre and modern.
Alan Thawley, chairman of the festival said: "This year we attracted hundreds of entries from stage and dance schools as far away as Newcastle and Swindon.
"Many of the competitors go on to further professional training to become performers in their chosen field.
"The picture shows the committee members, dance school principles and adjudicator enjoying and end of festival luncheon."
Next years event runs from Saturday March 31 to Saturday April 7.
