SUZIE Lane and Debbie Parker prepared for the Edinburgh Marathon by hitting the streets of Tewkesbury.
Lane finished the half marathon in a personal best time of one hour 47 minutes and 57 seconds and came ninth in her age category.
Mark Hartland was the quickest of the Malvern Joggers in 1.46.55 while Parker posted 1.49.02, Andrew Brown 1.51.56, Geoff Heron 1.57.55 and Julia Heron 2.00.27.
Natalie Bennett completed the Brecon Beacons Marathon in just under five hours and was the second lady home.
Laura Peakman was part of a team that took part in the Hereford 10k in aid of St Michael’s Hospice. Peakman finished in 52.57, while Lisa Loudon, who only started in the Couch to 5k group in January, recorded a time of 1.03.57.
Dave Woodward came 21st in 43.45 ahead of Jim Wheatstone (55.19), Stephen Loudon (48.10), Sian Maxfield (53.58), Isla Whitmore (53.58) and Maddie Preston (1.01.40). Ledbury Harrier Nick Tyler did the Herefordshire Marathon in 5.01.58.
Thirteen Malvern Joggers entered the Champions League race at the Bulmers Bash. First Jogger home was Matthew Lancett in a time of 46.31 followed by Nic Dauncey (48.51), Ben Toon (50.15), Steve Roode (51.18), Mike Bolton (52.53), Megan Judge (53.27), Ian Walwyn (53.49), Julie Caseley (55.16), Kareen Mann (55.55), Alison Priest (57.01), Steve Ollis (58.57), Mark Dillon (1.01.12) and Gerry Taggart (1.09.11).
Caseley and Priest were awarded engraved silver salvers for winning the FV55 and FV45 age categories respectively.
Lynda Broadway, Mike Anstey, Chris Smallman and Sarah Lane did the Big Black Mountain Challenge.
