YEAR 2 children at Abbey Park First School in Pershore took their learning outside to celebrate Outdoor Learning Day.
The class ventured into the world of minibeasts to find as many as possible within fifteen minutes.
From butterflies to centipedes, there were minibeasts galore and the children could investigate the kind of habitats they live in.
All of the class were completely engrossed in their activities which also included identifying many trees and creating a map of school grounds.
Lydia Roberts said: "After a week of rain the children were thrilled to have some quality learning time in the fresh air."
