THE artist who designed the first logo for Droitwich Spa's Food Festival will have a stall at this weekend's event, at the Lido Park.
And Rosie Philpott is hopeful that one of her most popular limited edition prints, 'Final Furlong', will simply gallop away.
Final Furlong is a painting depicting race horses and differs slightly from Rosie’s usual work, but it's proving popular with the public.
Rosie said: "Ever since I designed the logo for the Food Festival when it first began, I have always felt greatly involved with this popular town event. It is lovely to be among the other stall holders and the buzzing atmosphere as the town attracts hundreds of visitors.”
She added: “It is rare that I get a chance to show my originals as they are usually already spoken for so it’s exciting that I get to show to a wider public. I hope that by the end of the day, the horses will have finally reached the end of their race.”
Rosie will have a stall in Lido Park this Saturday, June 17, between 10am and 6pm.
