A NEW sign for the Acquired Brain Injury Centre at Evesham College was unveiled, during a recent open day.

Town mayor Richard Jones recently revealed the new sign at the college in Davies Road.

Cllr Jones took a tour of the centre and its facilities before meeting students Cliff How, Diane Rogers, Peter Waller and Vic Hall along with centre coordinator Anna Humphries and Warwickshire College Group director of schools, re-engagement and special educational needs and disabilities Louise Ball.

An acquired brain injury is a condition caused to the brain since birth with many possible causes, including a fall, a road accident, tumour and stroke.

A wide range of new courses begin in September, including digital photography, textiles, flower arranging and sports.
