COUNCIL chiefs are seeking feedback on draft appraisals for conservation areas Warndon Court and Trotshill.
Warndon Court, is a grade II listed, early 17th Century farmhouse, built on the site of a medieval manor house surrounded by a moat.
Trotshill, which lies to the south of Warndon Court, has medieval origins and survives as a small hamlet centred round Trotshill Farm.
“This is your opportunity to have your say on the council’s proposals to help preserve the unique heritage and character of Trotshill and Warndon Court." said Cllr Lucy Hodgson, chairman of the Place and Economic sub-committee at Worcester City Council.
A public exhibition about both appraisals will be held at The Lyppard Hub Community Centre in Ankerage Green, Worcester on Tuesday (July 25) from 5.30pm until 7.30pm, and at St. Nicholas’s Church Barn, 2 St Nicholas Lane, Worcester on Tuesday August 1 from 5.30pm until 7.30pm.
There will be the opportunity to discuss the appraisals with the city council’s conservation and heritage team.
The exhibition will also be on display at Lyppard Hub until Monday July 31, and at The Guildhall, High Street, Worcester from Thursday August 3 until Thursday August 10.
The documents and feedback forms are available at worcester.gov.uk/conservation-areas and paper copies are also available at The Guildhall, Worcester.
The deadline for receiving any comments is Friday August 18.
