THREE men have been charged following an investigation into the alleged rape of a teenage girl in a city car park.

The incident is said to have taken place at the Countryside Centre car park, in Wildwood Drive, Worcester, on Tuesday, December 27, 2016.

Kulin Odera, aged 27, of Idleton, Warndon Villages, Worcester, has been charged with three counts of raping a woman aged 16-years-or-over, assaulting a female 13 and over by penetration, paying for the sexual services of a girl aged 16 to 17 and attempting to cause or incite the sexual exploitation of a child aged between 13 and 17.

Kaasim Multani, aged 19, of Westminster Road, Ronkswood, Worcester, has been charged with paying for the sexual services of a girl aged 16 to 17, in connection with the same incident.

Bradley Tout, aged 19, of Durham Road, Ronkswood, Worcester, has been charged with one count of raping a woman 16 years or over and paying for the sexual services of a girl aged 16 to 17, both charges in relation to the incident at the Countryside Centre.

Tout has also been charged with two counts of raping a girl aged 13 to 15 in connection to a separate incident involving a second alleged victim.

It was initially reported that the alleged rape of the teenage girl took place in the car park of Worcestershire County Council's headquarters, at County Hall.

But it has since emerged that the alleged offence happened in the nearby Countryside Centre car park.

Worcestershire County Council declined to comment.

The three men will appear at Worcester Magistrates Court on Thursday, August 31.
