THIS is the moment an HGV blocked a road after its brakes locked up while it was being recovered.
The incident happened this morning at Blackpole Road, Worcester. The photograph, supplied by West Mercia Police, shows the recovery truck and the HGV straddling both carriageways.
A spokesperson for South Worcestershire Local Policing Area, part of West Mercia Police, said: "Unfortunately during recovery the brakes locked up completely blocking Blackpole Road. However the issue was quickly rectified."
