A MALVERN man who pleaded guilty to carrying a firearm disguised as a mobile phone has been given a court date for sentencing at Worcester Crown Court.
Matthew Simmonds, 23, of Ramsons Close, pleaded guilty to the offence of carrying the disguised stun gun, which was found in his car by police, when he appeared at Worcester Magistrates Court on Thursday, August 10.
The case was moved for sentencing to Worcester Crown Court, to be heard on Wednesday, September 13.
A pre-sentence report was ordered, and Simmonds was given unconditional bail.
