THREE men have been charged in connection with the clown mask robbery at Great Witley filling station.

Three suspects from Wolverhampton were arrested on Friday, the South Worcestershire Priorities Team has confirmed. As previously reported, the raid took place at the Euro Garage in Worcester Road, Great Witley, near Worcester, at about 3am on Tuesday, August 1. West Mercia officers from the priorities team made the arrests.

The three suspects were also charged with drug supply and two assaults after their arrest in Warndon, Worcester.

We have previously reported how two men are alleged to have threatened a member of staff using a crowbar, demanding money and cigarettes.
