MALCOLM is a lovely 11-year-old chocolate Labrador in the care of RSPCA Worcester & Mid-Worcestershire Branch through no fault of his own.

He is a sweet natured and placid boy who certainly acts younger than his age and really enjoys his walks.

Geraldine Haynes, branch trustee, said: "Malcolm loves everyone - he doesn't have a bad bone in his body!

"He is currently receiving treatment for skin problems and is making good progress. The branch will continue to pay for veterinary treatment until his skin has recovered."

Malcolm is housetrained, neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. Please contact Geraldine on 01886 822083 if you are interested in adopting Malcolm.

For more rescued animals seeking their forever homes, please visit the branch website: rspcaworcester.org.uk or call Geraldine for dogs on the number above or The Holdings Rescue & Rehoming Centre on 07484 905707 for enquiries about cats, rabbits and small animals.

You can visit The Holdings in Holdings Lane, Broomhall, Kempsey, Worcester WR5 3FP to see the cats seeking adoption any day (except Wednesdays) between 11am and 4pm. There are no dogs or rabbits on site yet.

Dogs are still boarded at private kennels and rabbits are in foster homes, until funds have been raised to build more animal accommodation at The Holdings.

Please support your local RSPCA at the car boot sale at The Holdings on Sunday, August 27, between 2pm and 5pm.

Donations are requested for cars at £5 a pitch and there will be no traders.

All funds raised will go towards new building work at The Holdings for dogs to start to be on site.
