A WORCESTERSHIRE relationship charity is running a course which hopes to help people understand anger.

Understanding Anger, run by Relate Worcestershire, is aimed at helping people working in areas such as customer services, social work, support work, health or education, prison, probation or policing sectors, or anyone working in roles where they might be on the receiving end of a ‘fit of pique’ or even violence.

The course aims to give participants a better understanding of why people get angry, what the effects are and some methods of dealing more successfully with angry behaviour.

The one day course takes place at Age UK Hereford and Worcester, Malvern Gate, Bromwich Road, Worcester from 10am to 4.15pm on Thursday, September 21.

The course costs £95 including lunch.
