THE next meeting of the campaign for a village shop in Broadheath is being held this week.
Earlier this year the Worcester News reported on the closing of Broadheath Stores, which left Lower Broadheath without a convenience shop.
Mark Glossop, of the Save Elgar's Village (SAVE) group, decided to send a flyer to residents to see if there is a way of bringing back a convenience shop.
Meetings have previously been held discussing whether people would be able to help run a potential shop, volunteer time to help run it, or help raise the money to buy the premises.
The latest meeting is being held at the village hall from 8pm this Wednesday.
