THE next Herefordshire Green Network gathering will offer an opportunity to discuss the decline of local bus services and to hear about opportunities to develop a more sustainable long term transport solution for the county.
Local experts Anna Heywood and Les Lumsdon will attend the free evening of talks and discussion.
Anna is co-owner of Drover Holidays and coordinator of Hay Cycle Fest while Les is the longstanding bus campaign coordinator at Rail and Bus for Herefordshire, and author of Slow Travel in the Marches.
Both Anna and Les have played essential roles in the success story of the Hay Ho! Community Bus.
The event will take place on Wednesday, September 20 between 7.30pm and 9pm at De Koffie Pot, Left Bank, Hereford.
The Sunset Market will also take place at the venue's courtyard between 3pm and 7pm.
