DROITWICH Lions have handed over £500 to the Young Firefighters.
The money given to the group came from funds raised by the Lions in December as part of the popular sleigh service they offer helping Father Christmas visit local roads.
The cheque was presented by former Lions president Grahame Howard to Ade Taylor of the Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue Service.
The presentation took place at the Droitwich fire station on Wednesday, January 24.
