There is heavy traffic in Worcester on Broomhall Way, London Road and Newtown Road.
Lanes are still closed in Deansway and New Road.
The right turn leading from Hylton Road to New Road is also shut.
Temporary traffic lights have been set up in Crookbarrow Way, Whittington, between the A44 and Norton Road.
