A MAN collapsed in a Worcester Post Office suffering a cardiac arrest.
The police were called to the incident at 1.45pm today, and said it was an "elderly man" who was affected.
A West Midlands Ambulance Service spokesman said: "We were called at 1.22pm to reports of a man in cardiac arrest.
"Two ambulances were called and life-support was was administered at the scene.
"He was conveyed to Worcestershire Royal Hospital."
The man collapsed at the post office near the corner of Ombersley Road and Vine Street in the Northwick area of Worcester and the incident is not being treated as suspicious.
