A SUSPECTED drug dealer accused of having a knife in public will appear in court next month.
Rory Allen, 30, was arrested in Worcester on Tuesday, March 13, and has been charged with possessing a knife in a public place, possessing criminal property and being concerned in the supply of cocaine and heroin.
Police said officers were waiting for Allen as he got off a train at Worcester Foregate Street station and a foot chase ensued before he was arrested.
Allen, of Cemetery Road, Wednesbury, near Walsall, was remanded in custody until April 23, when he is due to appear at Worcester Crown Court.
