A MAN has been jailed for breaking into two cars in Droitwich and stealing a Sat Nav and a bank card.
Daniel Bullock, aged 23, from Bays Meadow in Droitwich, used the bank card to make a number of contactless payments totalling £140.74 at locations across Droitwich and Worcester.
Bullock was sentenced to 12 weeks in prison after admitting to theft from a motor vehicle, handling stolen goods, fraud and breaching a restraining order at Kidderminster Magistrates court on Monday (April 9).
Bullock was arrested on Saturday (April 7) on suspicion of breaking into two vehicles between March 25 and April 7 as well as breaching a restraining order which prevented him from entering Bays Meadow in Droitwich.
The first theft occurred in Station Street in Droitwich where a bank card was stolen and the second theft occurred in Welland Close in Droitwich where a Sat Nav was stolen.
The Sat Nav was located during a search following Bullock’s arrest.
The restraining order remains in place until July 3. Any sighting of Bullock should be reported to police by calling 101.
