People inspired by nominations for this year’s Worcestershire Education Awards are invited to a taster day on Tuesday, May 8 to learn more about becoming a teacher.
The University of Worcester is the lead sponsor of the Worcester News-run Education Awards, celebrating the heroes of education, from teachers to support workers, across the county. Over recent weeks we have been profiling nominees and winners will be announced on Wednesday, June 20.
If you’ve been inspired by the stories featured and are considering a career in teaching, the university is hosting a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) Taster event on Tuesday from 5pm to 7pm at the St John’s Campus. Anyone interested in attending can find out more by emailing study@worc.ac.uk
