“The second concert featuring Corinne is a taste of Italy and she is joined by the Head of the Elgar School of Music, pianist Janine Parsons, on Friday July 27.”

The spokesman added: “Musical Prosecco has an Italian theme to welcome the summer sun and takes place just after lunch at 1pm.”

Kirsty Bothma, Visitor Experience Officer at The Firs, Elgar’s Birthplace said: “We’re very much looking forward to a series of concerts and performances this summer and it’s a very special experience to hear music in the air here.

“The first recital sees a relaxed performance by Corinne where she will take requests from the audience.”
