THE sun broke through clouds yesterday to shine down on hundreds of busy people making the final preparations for the Royal Three Counties Show in Malvern.

The first show was held at the permanent showground at the foot of the Malvern Hills sixty years ago in 1958.

This year, more than 90,000 people are expected through the gates during the show’s three-day run from today until Sunday.

Live stock competitors from all over the country will be taking part in the many classes at the show.
