TOW PATH: The canal towpath at Droitwich
A WOMAN was injured after an assault on the canal tow path in Droitwich.
The 28-year-old woman was assaulted on the path behind the Barley Mow Pub in Hanbury Road, between 6.45am and 7am on Wednesday, June 13.
The victim sustained injuries to her face and neck, and was left shaken.
The man is described as white, aged between 28 and 30 years old, 6ft, slim with black hair and pale skin, wearing a black hoody top zipped up with its hood up.
Anyone who witnessed the assault, or saw a man that fits the above description in the area, is asked to call police on 101, quoting 22/50764/18.
