SET against the stunning backdrop of the Malvern Hills, this year’s Sunshine Festival at Upton now has 100 artists confirmed for a celebration of music that will truly make August rock.

Headliners for the family friendly festival include Go West, Aswad and the mighty Status Quo.

Other big attractions will include the Mod revival legends, Secret Affair and Katrina, from the awesome Katrina and the Waves.

A spokesman said: “Katrina and the Waves were a British-American rock band best known for the 1985 hit, Walking on Sunshine.

“They also won the 1997 Eurovision Song Contest with the song, Love Shine a Light.”

And let’s not forget the legendary British Ska band, Bad Manners, still going strong with Buster, who else?

The Sunshine Festival will run from August 24 to August 26, for three days of amazing fun and celebration.
