Georgia Jolliffee, aged eight, is pictured with her design for a granite xylophone after winning a competition to design a sculpture based on the theme of music. She won £250 for herself and £1,000 for her school. The contest, which was open to all schools in Worcestershire, was organised by the Granite and Marble Company, in Stoke Prior, near Bromsgrove, whose managing director Jon Brewer is pictured with Georgia. The company is making Georgia's xylophone and in a few weeks' time pupils from the school will go and see it.
