FOUR people suspected of conspiring to supply Class 'A' drugs to south Worcestershire are in custody at Worcester Police Station following a raid.
The three men and a teenager - all from the West Midlands - were arrested in possession of Class 'A' drugs in the Whittington area at approximately 11.30am yesterday, shortly after the vehicle they were travelling in left the M5 at Junction 7 for Worcester.
Police also later searched an address in the Ronkswood area in connection with the same incident.
Detective Inspector Adrian Todd, of South Worcestershire Pro-Active CID, said: "These important arrests - and other actions elsewhere in the city - are indicative of the on-going fight against organised drug-dealers plying their trade in the area."
