SIR - Your exclusive story regarding Worcester and Malvern Hills councils joining together comes as a complete shock to me and members of the city council's Labour group. Surely this is the sort of issue that should have been debated during the recent city elections?
No, this is the way the city Tories behave. No consultation with their own councillors. Keep discussions to their own group. Hog all the offices and wonder why they failed to gain overall control in May.
