THE best thing about Christmas dinner is the leftovers sandwich you enjoy with a box of Celebrations and a tv box set at night, in my opinion.
That's why when I read the Christmas offering from Hanbao - Filthy Animal and the plant-based Not So Filthy Animal - in Foregate Street I knew I had to try it.
Dry aged smash patty, American cheese, herb-crusted camembert patty, maple streaky bacon, tater tots, Champagne slaw, cranberry mayo, fig relish and a demi brioche bun.
All that was missing was the sprouts. Thankfully.
Hanbao is a hit online for its outlandish burgers such as Odd Future which forgoes the usual bun for a doughnut.
So I decided to treat my sister to a meal at the popular burger place.
And I was excited to try Hanbao for the first time and see what all the hype is about.
As we walked through the corridor with black and white lights, the friendly waitress asked if we'd come here before and then added "this is the best place to be if you like eating meat".

Last year, the aforementioned Odd Future burger went viral last year after influencer Magda Brzdak fell in love with the beef patty.
I decided to try the £16 Not so Filthy Animal burger which is only available in Worcester till the last day of December.
As I saw the waitress bringing our food to the table, it was fair to say the burger was the same size as my face.

The plant-based two-tier patty consists of a plant-based patty features the same ingredients but the vegan alternatives.
An array of flavours were unleashed in the first bite and I was surprised by how well the patty and champagne slaw worked with each other.
And although it was a savory dish, there was a sweeter element to the meal.
It was like eating all elements of food you expect to enjoy at Christmas all at once.
And if that isn't a good thing, I don't know what is.
The mozzarella patty complimented the burger really well and tied all of the flavours together.
I managed to eat most of the burger and was totally stuffed by the last bite.
If you fancy a festive treat, you have to be quick - the burger is only available until December 31.
