Supersized bouquets have gone back on sale ahead of Mother’s Day.

The team at Silver Birch at BHGS are once again creating mammoth flower arrangements.

The Evesham-based florist went viral last month after sharing photos of their huge Valentine’s bouquets on Facebook.

Come February 15, the post had been liked almost 66,000 with over 4,000 comments and 800 shares.

Seven of the romantic arrangements were made, with Silver Birch at BHGS receiving order requests from as far as New Zealand and the United States.

And they certainly haven’t skimped this time round, with their Mother’s Day bouquet seemingly even bigger than before.

Manager Rachel Lathan said: “Thanks to the publicity from the Journal, we have continued to make these and, to my knowledge, are the only florist in the area doing these supersized bouquets.”

Mrs Lathan joined forces with Haley Roden just over a year ago, when they decided to combine their florists together to save their businesses.

Mrs Roden said: "We had to come together to save a business.

"With the cost-of-living crisis, Silver Birch would not have survived."

Over the Valentine’s period, the florist sold 101 bouquets, including seven big ones.

Bouquets start at £36.50 and go up to £130 for the biggest.

Reflecting on their social media success, Mrs Roden said: "Not for one minute did we expect to go viral.

"We were receiving calls from New Zealand, America, Manchester, and one lady called from Ledbury who did not have a florist near her, so she popped in to pick one up.

"It was a big shock, we were excited and loved reading everyone's comments.

"It was very exciting receiving calls from across the world."
