A 21-YEAR-old man is accused of drug driving.
Bryn Corbett-Stanley has been charged with driving a motor vehicle with a proportion of a specified controlled drug above the specified limit.
Corbett-Stanley, of Winstone Drive, Worcester, is alleged to have driven a Ford Fiesta in Windermere Drive on December 9 last year when he had 2.2mcg of Delta 9 Tetrahydrocannabinol (cannabis) in his blood - the legal limit being 2mcg.
The first hearing of his case was scheduled to take place at Worcester Magistrates Court on Thursday, (April 6).
As Corbett-Stanley had not attended magistrates decided to adjourn his case until April 20.
