IT is time to get your bathing suits and woolly hats ready as an outdoor pool opens its cold water swimming sessions.
Cold water swimming at the Droitwich Spa Lido is back from Friday, October 6.
A spokesperson for Droitwich Spa Lesuire Centre said: "Gather your swimming gear, and join us as we embrace the chill of the water.
"There's something special about the refreshing touch of cold water, and we're excited to share this invigorating experience with all of you!
"Whether you're a seasoned cold-water swimmer or a curious newcomer, everyone is welcome.
"Prepare to feel alive, refreshed, and energised. Don't forget to invite your friends and family."
