A community choir has handed cheques of over £1,000 to two nearby hospices.
On Thursday, February 8, the Powick Community Choir gifted £1270.43 each to St Richards' Hospice and Acorns Childrens' Hospice.
St Richards' Sophia Gunster said: "We are so grateful to groups like the Powick Community Choir for helping us to raise funds."
Acorns' Tony Lawrence said: "Acorns Children’s Hospice steps in by providing palliative care for babies, children and young people."
Choir chairman John Tinnion said: "It is a joy, honour and privilege to be able to hand over these cheques."
